A Note:
I have worked at a diverse set of public schools in Boston and in the suburbs of Boston; including high performing charter schools and traditional district public schools. I deeply believe that this experience of working with students and families from different backgrounds is an enormous asset. I strive to build meaningful relationships with each student and family I have the opportunity to work with.
A key piece of my philosophy is growth mindset. Celebrating positive risks, growth in the face of adversity, and perseverance are all things that I look to instill in my students. By practicing and developing these skills during every class or tutoring session, my students have the chance to practice habits that will benefit them in any level of education–to middle school, high school, and beyond!
